Delivery
With orders to be delivered within Australia via Standard Shipping, B-CHI will:
Endeavour to deliver your order within ten working days. Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
With orders to be delivered within Australia via Express Shipping, B-CHI will:
Endeavor to arrange the delivery of the order within three working days. Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
For all international deliveries, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also use your tracking number to view the progress of your order via the B-CHI website.
Notice: You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order, and some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.
We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Custom Fees
Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge custom fees or import duties on products purchased from Australia.
Please note: These charges are the purchaser’s responsibility and are outside of our control.
We recommend you contact the relevant government body in your country for more information on how much the charges you incur will be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. products or gift) and the value of each parcel accurately.
It is considered a crime to make a false customs declaration and under no circumstances are we able to falsify our declarations for savings on import duties.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Shipping within Australia
B CHI offer free tracked standard shipping on all orders over $20 within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre on NSW North Coast, using Australia Post. If you want your order faster, you can request express delivery. Charges apply
Standard shipping takes 2 – 9 business days to be delivered. Australia Post delivery times can differ, so if you want your B CHI products ASAP, please select UPS 2nd Day at the checkout.
UPS 2nd Day shipping takes 1-2 business days, starting from the day your order is dispatched.
For shipments to remote and rural areas, please allow approximately 7 business days starting from the day your order is dispatched.
Shipping to New Zealand.
B CHI decided add a small fee to New Zealand shipments to ensure a reliable tracked shipping service and speed up delivery times. This allows you to see where your B CHI products are every stage of the journey. Please allow 4-8 working days to arrive from the day that your order is dispatched. Express shipping to NZ is available. Please contact us for rates.

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: CUSTOMS FEES
Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. By law, we have to declare the status and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, and we are unable to misrepresent your goods for the reduction of import duties/tax fees.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
On placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please check this to make sure your contact information and address is correct. If your address is incorrect, please send us a message immediately and our team will change the details. We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns, however if the product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or believe the product is not what you requested, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
